We are an independent repair company, not an authorized Frigidaire or Electrolux service provider. If your appliance may still be under the manufacturer’s warranty, it usually makes sense to contact the manufacturer first, because covered repairs are arranged through their own service network.
If the appliance is outside that coverage, or you prefer to use us, we repair it and cover our labor with our own workmanship warranty. Warranty terms differ by product and purchase date, so check the documents for your model; we can help you find the model and serial number you will need.
