1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services offered by Frigidaire Appliance Repair (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Scope of Services
Frigidaire Appliance Repair offers professional Frigidaire appliance diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients in our service areas.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a trip/diagnostic fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
Diagnostic and repair pricing is provided and approved before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
5. Workmanship Warranty
Repairs completed by Frigidaire Appliance Repair are backed by a 30-day workmanship warranty. This warranty covers labor only; parts may carry the manufacturer’s own warranty where applicable. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, or damage caused by misuse.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance and service area, and to notify us promptly of any issue with completed work within the warranty period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Frigidaire Appliance Repair is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by improper prior repairs, or issues arising from normal wear and tear unrelated to the service performed.
8. Parts and Equipment
All equipment and materials remain the property of Frigidaire Appliance Repair until full payment has been received.
9. Revisions to Terms
Frigidaire Appliance Repair reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Florida law, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
