A range puts a cooktop and an oven on one frame, often under one control board, so a single fault can show up in more than one place. Frigidaire’s lineup covers freestanding and front-control gas, electric and induction ranges, and many current Gallery models add Air Fry and convection modes that bring a rear fan and extra heating element into the picture.
On gas models we check igniters, burner valves and the oven safety valve; on electric and induction models we test elements, switches, induction boards and the temperature sensor. Because we look at both the cooktop and the oven in one visit, you get one diagnosis and one estimate for the whole range.
Common Range Problems
Oven side heating slowly or not reaching the set temperature
Gas burner clicking but not lighting
Glass-top element not heating, or staying on high
Air Fry or convection results suddenly uneven
Self-clean or Steam Clean cycle not finishing
Smell of gas near the range
