Several problems that look like defects are really installation issues: a dishwasher that leaks because the drain hose is kinked, a front-load washer that shakes because the shipping bolts are still in, or a refrigerator with a slow water dispenser because the supply line is pinched. We install and connect the appliance, level it, and run it once with you before we leave.
Gas connections and electrical work are done according to local code requirements, and any work that needs a separately licensed trade in your area is identified up front.
