Common Causes of Ice Full
- Basket full
- Basket not seated in the correct position
- Dirty or blocked full-basket sensor
- Sensor or control failure
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Remove or use some of the ice so the basket is no longer full, then let the unit resume. If the light stays on with an empty basket, unplug the unit, clean the sensor area described in your manual, make sure the basket is seated correctly, and restart. Book service if it continues.
