The EFIC108 is an older countertop model from the same family as the EFIC117. At this age, the most frequent failures are the small water pump that fills the tray, the harvest process that releases cubes, and mineral scale that coats the sensors.
A thorough cleaning is always the first step. If the tray stays dry with water in the reservoir, the pump is the likely suspect; if cubes freeze but never drop, the harvest components need testing.
