The EFIC117-SS is a compact countertop ice maker sold under the Frigidaire name. Its control panel uses indicator lights rather than numbered error codes: Add Water tells you the reservoir is low, and Ice Full tells you the basket sensor believes the basket is full.
When those lights come on at the wrong time, the cause is usually a dirty or misaligned sensor, scale in the water path, or a pump that no longer lifts water to the tray. Cleaning and descaling as the manual describes solves a surprising number of problems; a failed pump, fan or compressor needs a technician.
