What F10 Means
F10 on Frigidaire electric and gas ranges with an electronic oven control is a thermal runaway alert: the oven is detecting higher-than-normal temperatures. Frigidaire's guidance is to turn the oven off and let it cool.

🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Turn the oven off immediately and keep the door closed while it cools — do not open it to fan it. Once cool, switch off the range breaker for 30 seconds and restore power. On ranges with a pizza shield accessory, Frigidaire notes it must be in its correct rack position before preheating. If F10 returns, keep the oven off and book service. On gas ranges, if you smell gas at any point, do not operate any controls — leave the home and call your gas utility.
