The GCFE3060BF is a newer Gallery range with many cooking modes. The oven fan may continue running after cooking to cool components, which is normal. A mode that will not start, however, can be a control or sensor issue.
If an error appears on the display, note the code and cycle power at the breaker once. Repeated errors should be diagnosed rather than cleared over and over.
