The FHPC082AC1 is a portable air conditioner. Frigidaire support describes P1 on portable models as a full bottom tray: the unit needs to be moved to a drain location, the drain plug removed and the water drained before restarting.
Portable units cool best when the exhaust hose is short, straight and sealed at the window. A long or kinked hose, or gaps around the window panel, let hot air leak back into the room and make it seem like the unit is failing.
