What F6 Means
F6 on older Frigidaire ovens (wall ovens and range ovens from before the expanded two-digit controls arrived in the mid-2000s) with a single-digit F-code electronic oven control is documented in Frigidaire service literature as "no 60 Hz time base" — the control is not detecting the power-line timing signal it uses for timed cycling.

- Supply power problem at the range or oven circuit

Turn the oven off and let it cool completely. Then switch off the oven breaker for 30 seconds and restore power. If F6 returns, book service.
