What EB2 Means
EB2 on Frigidaire front-load washers with a digital display means incoming line voltage is above about 130 VAC — higher than the washer is designed for.
Common Causes of EB2
- High household supply voltage
- Loose neutral in the electrical panel
- Board voltage sensing fault
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Unplug the washer. Do not keep restarting it. Have an electrician check the outlet voltage, especially if lights flicker or other electronics act up. If voltage is normal and EB2 persists, book service.
